My fiancé got my ring here, I had to get it sized and get the prongs tightened on the stone a few days after getting it, when I brought it in the employees were all wonderful and nice. It only took them 20 minutes to do everything they needed to do and I was able to get my ring back that day and didn’t have to go without it. He worked with Sonny and said he was fantastic and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. This is where we will continue to do business for all future jewelry needs!

Have had several gift from the hubby, have bought some for friends and family and have had some repairs done on jewelry. Great professional service!

We just bought our wedding bands here and the entire process was SO easy and amazing. We just stopped in on a whim to browse one Saturday and the woman (I forget her name) was so helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing. But the thing that we found amazing was that she told us about a big sale they were having the next weekend, instead of letting us pay full price right then (not that we planned to buy then but she didnt know that). When we went back the next weekend she helped us again and we were in and out within 10 minutes, even during a busy and chaotic sale. We got both of our bands for less than what we expected to pay for one. I dont review a lot of businesses but I have been so impressed with the customer service here that I felt I needed to. Not to mention all the gorgeous pieces of jewelry they have at great prices! Thanks for being so great!

I remember going to another jewelry store and Sonny did the work there. Then went to his little place on Exchange St., I think, back in the day. My husband bought and designed some beautiful pieces, with Sonny's help, for me over the years. I wear my diamond tennis bracelet and earrings every day. My mother's ring, sapphire and aquamarines was also worn every day until last year when I gave it to my daughter. I moved out of state and joked how hard it is to find new doctors, hair stylists and a jeweler! I needed some repairs done and had some awful work done, but have finally found someone here who reminds me of Sonny and I find myself comparing everything to Sonny's work. Diamonds are a girl's best friend after all.

Sonny and the staff at Quality Jewelers not only fashioned the piece, which was stunning, but they helped me actually surprise my wife with a gift, something I've failed at many times over our twenty odd years. They went above and beyond for me and they'll do it for you, too. Five stars to the best jeweler around.

When a stone was not the right fit after buying it and waiting for it to be set, Sonny had to change it. He gave us a bigger and higher quality stone for the same price, no questions. Very satisfied.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and when it became loose I brought it in and fully expected to pay something for their troubles but they fixed and cleaned it in less than a minute when other jewellers in my area told me I'd need to give it to them for a week or more. Thank you so much!

Got our rings here , worked out a payment plan and was given wonderful customer service

I wanted to say that I had "quality" customer service in my experience at Quality Jewelers. Courtney is the best Customer Service person I've ever met. I've been in CS for years and I appreciate a good CS person. I am not a "jewelry" type person. I went in because I needed points put my diamond ring. She patiently showed me the importance of having both my wedding band and the ring attached. I also needed a new clasp on my gold necklace. And later when I came back unhappy with the clasp, she graciously looked at it, and had it fixed on the spot. IF I WERE able to buy more jewelry, I would definitely go to Quality Jewelers and ask for Courtney. I certainly will tell my friends.

This is a great place to do business, had a necklace repaired since I drove 2 hours to get there they made arrangements to do my repair same day, the staff was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. I will be a returning customer. Thank you
